Gen 13 #15 (1995 2nd Series)

In an aircraft over the Pacific, Mr. Able and his operatives report to their employer that they are pursuing Alex Fairchild to the U.S. In La Jolla, Lynch lets Gen 13 borrow the car to go to the “Welcome Back Fling” concert on campus. Once they arrive, Sarah gets into an argument with Grunge's fraternity friends while Caitlin is whisked away by her sorority friends, and Bobby's friend Melissa invites him to play guitar on stage with her band. To get back at Sarah, the fraternity pledge master orders Grunge and his fellow pledges to free all the animal test subjects in the biology department with the intent that campus activists will get the blame. Among the animals let loose is Killer Congo, a large gorilla, who goes on a rampage across campus. Gen 13 springs into action to contain the ape while Alex, who came with Lynch to secretly monitor the team, uses his powers to calm the crowd. Finally, Grunge and Caitlin work together to knock Congo unconscious, and fraternity members confess to campus police what happened. On the drive home, the team discusses how oddly calm the crowd seemed during the battle, and they arrive to find Alex and Lynch waiting to greet them.
